Neil Quisaba finished his
degree in Painting at the University of the Philippines in Cebu. Working as a
web designer and illustrator in Manila back in 2002, he developed his craft in
digital illustration. He likens digital illustrations and graphical
representations of images to poetry. Neil is based in Cebu, where he focuses on
his technique in character-based illustrations.
